Saltram House is a fine Tudor Mansion which is located 2m from the town of Plymouth, Mount Edgcumbe is a further Tudor house with coastal paths, parklands and landscaped gardens, and Buckland Abbey, approximately six miles from Plymouth, is a Cistercian abbey which was once owned by Sir Francis Drake and was later renovated as a family home.
